Second Hand Opera
2018, Live Performance

Tatyana is a young girl who comes from a rich family. She is with her younger sister Olga. Tatyana is reading a novel, but her mother, Madame Larina, tells her that real life is very different from what it is in books.
Tatyana, the dance of is a meditation on the feelings Tatyana of Eugene Onegin has about the dawning reality of love and life.
The second hand nature of the work can be ascribed to its motivation drawn from the Arthur BOYD Eugene Onegin 1996 lithograph on paper and the perhaps debatable re-use of choreography from another dance work.
